Department of Mental Health, and a Supportive Housing Program grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development via the D.C.Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness.
Private lenders provided critical support, through acquisition and construction loans from the Unitarian Universalist
housing fund (now Open Door Housing Fund), Cornerstone Inc., Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and Enterprise Community Partners.
We received significant support from private foundations.
