Ms. White has provided technical assistance and made presentations throughout the US and at international conferences. She has worked extensively with communities to look at systems of care for people who are homeless and to integrate Evidence Based Practices. She worked on the development of the Supportive Housing Tool Kit for SAMHSA and has written on issues in supportive housing. She has received awards from the American Psychiatric Association and was recently recognized by NYC Voices, a consumer group.

JOYCE GRANGENT is the Senior Program Manager since 2000 in the CSH office located in Chicago. She specializes in supportive housing operations. She has led the Stepping Up project that assists tenants in accessing career training, and developed a property management curriculum. She is a nationally known professional with expertise in services to people with disabilities who have been homeless. Joyce works with national staff to design and implement programs, and policies for supportive housing-based services for homeless individuals and families.
